Colin and Sarah Crofton share a deep-rooted love for craft beverages and a rich background in food, wine, and hospitality—all of which they bring to the heart of Gunnison. After first arriving in the early 2000s, they quickly fell in love with the community. Years later, they’re honored to steward the legacy of a beloved local bottle shop.

Colin is a Certified Sommelier whose career began in Charleston and spanned James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-starred restaurants across the country. Sarah grew up in her family’s event business and went on to manage high-end events in New York and New England before bartending in Charleston, Boulder, Aspen, and ultimately right here in Gunnison.

Together, they’re building on the shop’s strong foundation with thoughtfully curated selections, fair pricing, a wine club and regular tasting events, and a genuine passion for helping every customer find just the right bottle—whether it’s for a celebration, a quiet night in, or anything in between.
